The Union Square Partnership works closely with all community stakeholders to maintain an excellent quality of life. To make sure your concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner, please follow these guidelines.
In an emergency, call 911.
If you need immediate assistance with a non-emergency quality of life matter, call 311 to make a report. 311 should be the first call to ensure a complaint is on record with the City. The local police precincts serving the district receive 311 reports for follow up.
During regular business hours, you can also contact USP's main office Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (212) 460-1206 to report a quality of life issue, or drop by USP's Public Safety Office located at 223 East 14th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM or call (212) 674-1164.

To assist a homeless person in need, call 311 or the City’s Homeless Outreach Unit, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (212) 791-2068.
