W New York — Union Square is hosting a What She Said: Female Leaders in the Food & Beverage Industry panel in support of No Kid Hungry. The What She Said Series is a global initiative designed to raise awareness for female entrepreneurs in their respective industries. This panel will be an informal hour-long discussion open to the public in the hotel’s Wine Room between top leaders across different disciplines in New York City’s culinary & spirits world.

Panelists include: 

Jillian Vose, Beverage Director at the Dead Rabbit. Previously, Jillian was Bar Manager at Death & Co, where she was responsible for running the bar program, including menu development and maintaining a strong staff and a well-oiled bar. At the same time, she served as a Whiskey Ambassador for Campari America, co-managing its Women & Whiskies program. Recipient of numerous awards including the 2013 Rising Stars award.

Jasmine Moy, hospitality lawyer. Jasmine Moy  works solely with the Restaurant and Food & Beverage industries and represents some of the most accomplished chefs and restaurateurs in the country.

Stacy Pisone, Managing Partner of Cafeteria Group and Empire Diner. In 1998, Stacy opened Cafeteria in Chelsea and has since spearheaded a number of projects in the NYC restaurant industry. 

Meaghan Dorman, Head Bartender at Raines Law Room in New York. She's in charge of the menu, cocktail development, and staff training there, and also serves as the Vice President of the New York chapter of LUPEC (Ladies United for the Preservation of Endangered Cocktails.)
