Union Square Partnership announced today the appointment of John Cinosky, Partner at ABS Partners, to Co-Chair of Union Square Partnership’s Board of Directors. Cinosky brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience to New York City’s oldest business improvement district board .

We announce today the installation of The Space Between Us (TSBU), as it soars above Union Square Park from now through May 2025. Brooklyn-based Multimedia Artist, Composer, Filmmaker, and Sculptor Risha Gorig brings TSBU to Union Square, elevating the reciprocal act of conversation above the cacophony of the city. TSBU is presented by NYC Parks’ Art in the Parks program and USP.

This October, Torch & Crown is bringing back TorchFest, the Manhattan brewery’s outdoor Oktoberfest celebration in Union Square. The event will take place on Sunday, October 6 from 1:00pm - 8:00pm at the Torch & Crown Beer Garden in Union Square Park.
