Swing by Union Square Wines + Spirits on Wednesday, May 9th, for a chance to try Empress Gin.  Uniquely identifiable by its rich indigo color, this delicious gin is as approachable as it is tasty.  Getting it's color from Butterfly Pea Blossoms that are infused in with the rest of the botanicals, this gin is definitely not one to miss out on.  Great for everyday purposes as well as using it for entertaining.  One of the great things about Empress Gin is that it undergoes a color change with the addition of tonic water.  With just a splash of tonic the indigo color turns to a vibrant pink color, making a fun and festive cocktail for all occasions.
