The event will feature panels with experts on a range of topics such as commercial recycling, office waste reduction and food waste solutions.
Many Union Square businesses are already demonstrating that it is possible to improve waste diversion and engage stakeholders - from employees and vendors to customers - in efforts to reduce their waste footprint without disrupting operations or profits.
