The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and the NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) are hosting a town hall meeting to discuss the L Train shutdown for residents on the east side of Manhattan, though all are welcome. This is an opportunity for the community to dialogue directly with the MTA and DOT about these plans.

The MTA has also put together a website to give full information about the shutdown, planned work, and the Alternative Service Plan found here. DOT has also published their alternative service plan for the L Train tunnel closure.
