Join Union Square Greenmarket vendor Kimchee Harvest, for a kimchee-making workshop at Project Farmhouse. Attendees will hear a bit about the history and cultural relevance of kimchee, learn how to make two types of kimchee, and take home a quart of each type. 

Note: long hair must be pulled back and attendees should bring their own aprons.
