Join the chefs from Bocce Union Square and learn how to make pickles using fresh ingredients from the Union Square Greenmarket. During each class, you’ll learn the benefits of shopping in the Greenmarket, how to choose your vegetables, and of course, how to make pickles!

Market Pickling Class is free to attend, and will take place on Mondays September 16th, 23rd, and 30th. Demonstrations will begin on the hour (12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM). All vegetables and pickling materials will be provided.
