Catch your breath and sink deeply into the beauty and the power of the museum. Thoughtfully curated mindfulness experiences have been designed to awaken and elevate all of your senses.
Each guided meditation will align with a current exhibition, including:
● Exploring the intimacy, power and presence with the powerful portraits of Naima Green’s Brief & Drenching
● Diving into the lush, surrealist photos in the Cooper & Gorfer exhibition Between These Folded Walls, Utopia
● Opening the heart to the spirit of playfulness in the Julie Blackmon exhibition Fever Dreams
Special mindfulness workshops – including dance/movement, visual art, and storytelling- that engage with these works in longer and richer ways are forthcoming. All programming at the museum will be socially distant and all participants, including facilitators, will be masked.
