The Union Square Partnership (USP) Business Improvement District (BID) will hold its Annual Meeting virtually on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022 at 4:30 PM.

Everyone is welcome to attend to learn more about USP's work within the Union Square-14th Street community, but only registered members of the Union Square BID are eligible to vote.

Important information for eligible voters when registering: If you are a member of the BID, registration by Member Class is a requirement to vote.

For Class A1 + A2 (owners of real property including commercial and condominium owners within the BID district), you should include property address. For Class B (commercial tenants within the BID district), you should include commercial address. For Class C (residential tenants including renters and cooperative owners within the BID district), you should include residential address.

Please consult the BID district map below to see where your residence or business falls within the district. In order to vote, you need to register. The primary purpose of USP's Annual Meeting is to present the Fiscal Year 2022 budget and to elect Directors to the Board.
