Shape Up in the Park

Shape Up NYC, in partnership with Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, will kick off a summer series of free fitness classes. The first event in the series will showcase two classes: Bootcamp and Open Level Yoga in Union Square. Register here

Free yoga mats will be given out to the first 200 participants.
