Year round on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM you can drop off your compost at the eastern edge of the Union Square Greenmarket! The Union Square Greenmarket Compost Stand is located at the Northeast corner of the market and runs across East 17th street, close to Union Square East/Park Avenue.
