Torch & Crown Beer Garden to Host TorchFest, an Oktoberfest Celebration, in Union Square

With live music, festivities, German-style beers and food, TorchFest is an Oktoberfest event for all ages; proceeds from the ticketed event will benefit Union Square Partnership  

This October, Torch & Crown is bringing back TorchFest, the Manhattan brewery’s outdoor Oktoberfest celebration in Union Square. The event will take place on Sunday, October 6 from 1:00pm - 8:00pm at the Torch & Crown Beer Garden in Union Square Park. Guests will enjoy live music, German-style beers, jumbo Bavarian pretzels and bratwurst, festive games, activities with prizes, limited edition TorchFest 2024 swag and more. The celebration is open to all ages and pet-friendly. 

General Admission tickets start at $15 per person and include entry to the event and one ticket to be used for one food or drink item. VIP tickets start at $65 per person and include entry, access to the VIP seating area, a TorchFest commemorative stein and four tickets for drink or food items. Tickets are currently on sale through BucketListers and available here. When purchasing tickets online, guests may select additional add-ons such as a 3-pack of beer tokens for $24 per pack or a 5-pack of beer tokens for $35 per pack (on-site, each beer will cost $10-$12). Additional food and drinks may be purchased on-site at the event. 

Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Union Square Partnership, the non-profit community organization working to ensure the district is clean, safe and enjoyable for its residents, businesses, and visitors. Union Square Partnership’s work includes enhancing livability, making Union Square the place to be, fostering economic growth, and building community in the Union Square-14th Street District.
